 Jennifer, I just wanted to tell you how BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS your cakes and cheesecake lollipops were!!! You nailed the Tenessee stadium (Brandon especially loved the checkerboard end zones). Our wedding cake wo so elegant, I almost hated to cut into it....but then it was so good, that I'm glad we did!!! :) The cheesecake lollipops were beyond mind-blowing! Jennife England, creator of La Bella Torta, made me feel like my cake could have been on Platinum Weddings. From beginning to end she took my "vision" and made it an edible creation. She is very professional, but is able to make you feel comfortable....as if you have known her for years. She helped me relax and trust that all I had to do was say what I wanted and let her do the rest. The second most important detail for me, after the look of the cake, was the moistness. I can honestly say that I have never tasted a cake with more moisture and flavor. I now realize that I could never go back to grocery store cakes for my special occasions. If there is a flavor that you can imagine, Jennifer can make it; from strawberry, lemon pineapple and chocolate to cappuccino tiramisu, banana split and snickers. The possiblilities are endless. She specializes in making your imagination come to life!

 The name, “La Bella Torta,” tells only half the story.  Yes they are beautiful, but more accurately, they are truly exquisite works of art in icing!  I don’t think there’s an image Jennifer can’t recreate!  The cake itself is heavenly, both in flavor and texture, and every bite confirms the quality of the ingredients.  I would highly recommend La Bella Torta cakes for any special occasion!

I have ordered several cakes from La Bella Torta and I must say that they are the must REMARKABLE, beautiful "masterpieces" I have ever seen in my LIFE!! They completely EXCEEDED my expectations!!  La Bella Torta made a 1920’s gangster car for my speakeasy style wedding. It looked just like the car from Al Capone! Not only did it look amazing, but it also tasted AMAZING. I had more complements on the cake than I did on the shrimp and hors dourves. Jennifer England was extremely helpful with everything and made sure I had everything that I needed on time.
